Water and Weight Loss -Fighting the Flab Without Exercising

by Chris

I haven't tried any celebrity DVD's I have my own exercise regimen, but what I found that really helps reduce fat is drinking water before, during and after meals. I do this whenever I eat ANYTHING. It could be a piece of candy, I still drink a glass of water. I have six pack abs and may do crunches once per month!

Get Real - This makes it sound too easy
by: Anonymous

While I agree that it's really important to drink water to stay hydrated etc, and it's certainly better than drinking sugary drinks, you can't get a toned body (male or female) just by drinking water and not having a regular exercise regime!

Having a drink of water before and during meals is a good way to stop yourself from overeating though. Congratulations to Chris on looking good however he has got there - nice to see a man on this site, but how about some ladies stepping up?
