The South Beach Diet Super Charged Workout by Arthur Agatston, MD is a wonderful DVD.
This a video that my husband and I both like to use.
It is for the total body and combines core fitness and cardio intervals to keep your metabolism revved up, even at rest.
It has different segments so you can spend 15 minutes or up to 66 minutes. Your choice.
It is appropriate for all fitness levels. It shows the use of hand weights too.
The doctor has a segment where he gives tips on dieting.
