Motivation for the gym

Before the runners block!
I used to love going to the gym or for a jog and had no problem turning up 2 or 3 times a week. However recently I just don't have the motivation to get there. In the last 3 months I've been once, and haven't managed to run at all. Does any-one have any good motivation tips to get me back to the gym??
