Make a List of Healthy Food - Plan Your Meals

Your Own Healthy Food Lists to Suit Your Lifestyle and Budget

Build a list of healthy food, then a healthy shopping list, choosing the healthiest foods, according to your taste, season, price, availability and budget, and it will make following healthy eating plans and shopping so much easier.

Where Should We Start?
The internet has many, many examples of 'healthiest foods', 'healthy food lists' etc. Some very brief considering the huge variety we have to choose from, others have questionable content. In the spirit of providing the best possible information for you, I decided that rather than try and compile a list, which would be a truly huge task, I would introduce you to the best healthy food list I have found. It has been developed by The George Mateljan Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation, they are a great source of information about cooking and eating healthy foods.
