How to Quit Caffeine

How to Quit Caffeine....you can not wake up without coffee and feel that you can not resist a whole day without several cups? In this case, you are part of the thousands of people dependent on coffee.
We must not forget that excesses, whatever their nature, are not good to anyone. So it is for coffee. In large amounts, coffee is harmful for the body. Statistics show that more and more people drink coffee. A study in 2003 by ISRA Center shows that 91% of urban population used to drink coffee.
When it's time to quit or reduce consumption of caffeine? If experiencing symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, tremors, nervousness, insomnia, headache, abnormal heart rhythm. This indicates excess (over 400 mg of caffeine) which can lead to caffeine intoxication (cofeinism).
What to expect if you give up caffeine?
According to experts, the first 12-24 hours after giving up caffeine, you may experience symptoms such as:
* headache; * fatigue and sleepiness; * depression and irritability; * difficulty concentrating; * flu-like symptoms: vomiting, nausea, muscle aches.
Here are some tips that can help you get rid of dependence on coffee:
1. Start easy! Pick a day that does not work or you are not busy and give up coffee. So you can stay in bed and sleep one hour if caffeine leaves you without energy.
2. If you feel that you can not suddenly give up coffee, you can start by reducing caffeine for several days. For example, the first day halved the number of coffees, and the next day to avoid drinking coffee in the afternoon.
3. Need for an energy drink in the morning? Choose to drink a cup of green tea. It has a low content of caffeine and is rich in antioxidants.
4. Take a vitamin B supplement or opt for foods containing them, such as chickpeas, spinach and whole grains. They will provide you the energy it provides and caffeine.
5. Try Rooibos tea (red tea African). It contains no caffeine and you get rid of tiredness and irritability.
6. Attention to sources of caffeine! As coffee and caffeine is not the only source, can be found in large quantities in energy drinks or chocolate. Avoid them and seek new ways to energize yourself. One of the best is exercise.
7. Increase water consumption! Helps to detoxify and get rid of migraines and constipation.
