How To Get Rid of Kidney Stones Naturally

Kidney stones are caused by precipitation and crystallization of substances normally found in urine. Learn how you can treat this problem with tea!

Kidney stones not surprisingly are located in the kidneys, ureter, bladder or urethra. Sometimes the presence of gallstones is asymptomatic, but the possibility exists that they can also migrate and appear as painful crises (renal colic).

Gallstones are usually composed of uric acid and calcium phosphate.

How to prevent kidney stones?

- Drink at least 2 liters of fluid per day, especially plain water
- Replace animal protein with vegetable protein
- Avoid alcoholic beverages, condiments, pickles and oxalate-rich foods (beans, spinach, beets, sweet potatoes, celery, chocolate, grapes and green peppers) and foods rich in calcium (milk, butter, cheese and other dairy products)
- Consuming foods rich in vitamin A (zucchini, apricots, broccoli, cantaloupe) vegetables, whole grains and foods high in fiber.

Teas recommended for kidney stones

1. Tails, cherry, cranberry leaves - 2 cups / day
2. Birch leaves - Infusion - 2-3 Tbsp / cup. Over iced tea, add 1 pinch of baking soda, is consumed after about 6 hours.
3. Corn - 2-3 cups / day - Infusion - 1 tsp / cup
4. Pine nuts - can be administered as an infusion of 20-40 grams per liter of water, well sweetened, consume 2-3 cups per day.
5. Burdock tea. Keep cure for 4 days in a row, they do not eat foods that contain calcium.
6. Willow tea infusion with small flowers, 1 cup in the morning one hour before meals and evening, 1 hour before dinner.
7. Horsetail tea, infusion, 3 cups per day. Prepare an infusion of beech nuts, 1 teaspoon to 250 ml of boiling water for 15 minutes. Filter, drink 2 cups per day. Decoction of bark is also used, results in lower fever.
