Find The Best Way To Stay In Shape and Feel Good

Following a home exercise routine can be the answer if you can't seem to find the time to fit in gym sessions or exercise classes, but still want to stay in shape and enjoy the benefits of exercise.

The health and fitness industry has expanded massively over the years and we now have 100's of different types of exercise DVD's, videos and even podcasts we can use.

If you want to take it a stage further the choice of home fitness and exercise equipment is huge. You can even economize by buying used home exercise equipment.

What You Need To Get Started

  • Motivation - reasons why you need to exercise.
  • Time - even just a few minutes can make a difference!
  • Space - an area big enough to extend your arms and legs without colliding with furniture
  • An exercise routine or workout of your choice

YouTube is also a great resource for hundreds of workouts covering just about every type of exercise you can think of, but choose carefully. If an exercise doesn't feel right or something hurts - STOP!

When I was much younger, being keen to look good in mini skirts and hot pants (such a long time ago!), I followed exercise routines on breakfast television, bought exercise books, then videos and so had my own exercise class at home! Throughout my life I've continued to do this between joining group classes and the gym and have not only kept reasonably in shape but have enjoyed it, so why not give it a try?
