Eat Right For A Healthier And Younger Looking You!

by Danny Rodgers
(California, USA)

Who doesn’t want to stay fresh looking and younger for a long period of time? Well, admit it or not, most of us, both men and women, are entertaining the possibility to look young even though they have reached the age of forties or beyond.

In fact, many people are doing different regiments in order to be fresh looking at all times.

Some people go to the gym while others make a trip to the spa a weekly habit just to stay in shape and look younger. Some people are even spending thousands of bucks just in order to stay younger.

Unfortunately, not all of us can afford such strategy. For the rich and famous, spending that amount is normal. But for that average citizen, it is indeed crazy to spend so much.

So, how can an average Jane and John Doe be younger at a cheaper cost? Well, there are simple ways to do that and some of the steps are just eating the right kind of foods. Foods play an important role in the process of aging of an individual.

If we eat foods that are high in cholesterol, the effects are really not desirable. This is because our body deteriorates faster and we end up looking older than we are.

So, as much as possible, eat those foods that will contribute to having a healthy body and in the end, a younger looking one.

Fruits like blueberries, avocado and watermelon are the ones that you should be eating. This is because watermelon is rich in zinc and selenium that can onset the effects of aging.

On the other hand, avocado is rich in Vitamin E that helps in having a nice textured skin. Lastly, blueberries are rich in antioxidants called Phytochemicals that fight the different signs of aging.

Radishes, turnips, and green leafy vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower are rich in vitamins and minerals that can help in delaying the aging process.

Moreover, they are rich in antioxidants too. So, many diseases like cancer, heart complications and stroke can be avoided as you eat them. Likewise, eating nuts can be a healthy option too.

Roasted nuts and boiled nuts are good as they contain potassium, selenium and magnesium which are good anti aging foods. However, moderation is needed in consuming nuts since they can be fatty too.

Lastly, drink lots of water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. This is because water can be of help in cleaning the body and eradicating different toxins. Moreover, water promotes healthier looking skin.

For that reason, wrinkles are much less of a concern. So drink up, eat right and be healthier and younger than ever.
