Beating Old Age!

by Babs 'O' Reilly
(Miami Beach, Florida, USA)

If we could all avoid getting old, everyone would probably choose youth over anything else. How nice it is to look young, healthy, and whole, as if time has never made its irreversible imprint on your body.

Reality, however, has something else in mind. Although there are ways available to help us feel young and look younger for a much longer time, we still won’t be able to run away from nature. Now, it is up to us to choose growing old gracefully.

Diet and exercise are the two most helpful things you can do to stay younger longer. Once you start an exercise regimen, you also need to take interest in your overall nutrition intake.

This is one of the key aspects to living a full and healthy life. You get antioxidants from healthy foods to push free radicals and keep them at bay. If your body has all the nutrients it needs, you can function properly.

Why are free radicals bad? To start off, these are chemical reactions that take place at a cellular level. If you are not aware of what you take in, these harmful toxins can wreak havoc on your entire body.

A few time-tested ways to remove free radicals is through regular exercise and healthy diet. You may not be able to stop aging, but you sure can slow it down.

The effects of a healthy lifestyle do wonderful things for you and your body. If you feel good, you will also look good.

Now, you also need to pay attention to your skin. The effects of aging will be apparent on your skin. As you become older, you start to lose our looks.

You will see wrinkles on the different areas of your body. Somehow, everything just goes with gravity. The once firm skin you enjoyed is now not as beautiful as it once was.

Because you get so insecure, things start to go awry. You become this insecure individual who hides her true and natural beauty.

For your skin, you have an array of natural creams to choose from. Many of them can revitalize your skin and reduce the wrinkles.

However, you also must be careful with the products you purchase. Do your research and make sure that you get only from trusted sources.

So what is the secret to a long and happy life? There are a couple of solutions for you: a good skin product, the proper diet, regular exercise, and a positive outlook.

If you are careless about how you live your life, you can all zap away all your energy inside. Just realize that life is too short to spend at home doing practically nothing because your body limits what you can do.

If you want to reinvigorate yourself, make sure that you put some importance to your body. Don’t give up hope and love yourself just a little more.

After all, you only have this one life and nothing else to spare. Treasure it and protect what you have.
