When You Are At Home Exercises Can Fit Around Your Busy Life
Exercises To Do At Home
When you are at home exercises can easily be fitted in around your normal life - you only need to set aside around 15 minutes a day! We care about our bodies and health enough to do that, don't we?
Maybe you want to work on a specific area of your body such as your abdominals, arms, legs, hips, core and back strength, even facial exercises! As little as 10-15 minutes a day can make a difference, just squeeze in a mini workout instead of having another coffee.
The following are examples of types of exercise that can be done at home, without buying any special equipment other than perhaps a mat, though you could even use a folded blanket.
!Don't forget to do your warm up exercises before you begin any exercise routine and to cool down properly when you finish!
If you do a search for 'home exercise routine' and add any of the above you will find many suggestions. However, I don't find it easy to follow text only descriptions and at the bare minimum need photos and preferably video to make sure I'm performing the moves correctly.
If you like to add some variation by using some modestly priced equipment, that can easily be used at home without needing a dedicated room then consider these:-
Rebounder or mini trampoline
Weights
Step
Medicine Ball
Gym Ball, Stability Ball, Swiss Ball - many names!
Kettle Bells
Resistance Band
Foam Roller
Wobble Board
