2nd Vote for the Leslie Sansone Workouts!

These work the absolute best for me! The workouts are easy, as I don't have to leave the house---and if all else fails, I use a trick that Leslie herself said. If I don't feel like a workout, I give her 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I will do the entire workout!
She has workouts for every level and she is very motivational. Her DVD's focus on basic walking, then there are some for abs, legs, ..... Leslie has one for just about every trouble spot.
Please don't be fooled by thinking that a walking DVD won't be aerobic enough for you! I get a very good work out, my heart rate is elevated and stays there for an extended period of time!
I do love Leslie Sansone's DVD's. I would give her 5 out of 5 stars!!
